Retainers
After launch, the work continues under a monthly retainer — sized to how active a role the studio takes, and scoped by agreement.
| Retainer | What it holds | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Digital Stewardship | Hosting, monitoring and updates · Technical maintenance, handled quietly · A named person who answers | $1,500–$2,500/mo |
| Digital AuthorityRecommended | Everything in Digital Stewardship · Search and answer-engine optimisation · Editorial content, written and published · Improvements shipped every month · Reporting fit for a board | $3,500–$6,000/mo |

| Exclusive Market Partner | Category exclusivity — we act for no direct competitor · A serious, continuous digital operation · Priority capacity across the studio · A direct line to the principal | from $12,500/mo |
Exclusive Market Partner includes category exclusivity: while the retainer stands, we act for no direct competitor in your agreed category and market — conflict-checked and confirmed in writing.
How we price
A fixed fee, agreed before work starts.
Every engagement is scoped by the senior people who will deliver it, then agreed as a fixed fee before any work begins. There is no hourly meter and no change-order culture: the fee reflects the judgement and the outcome, not the hours consumed. If the scope genuinely changes, the fee is re-agreed openly — never discovered on an invoice.
All fees in USD, excl. any applicable taxes. Billed by 8t20 Capital (t/a Bright10).
Start with a conversation.
Tell us about the business and where it is going. We'll come back with a considered view — and a fixed fee, before anything starts.
