Bright10 Newswire · Model disagreement as a decision signal
Decidi says the most valuable signal in AI-assisted decisions is where the models disagree
The multi-model decision platform argues that divergence between frontier AI models reveals exactly where a decision needs human judgment.
Share on XCAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA — 14 July 2026 — Decidi, a multi-model AI decision platform, says the most valuable output of running a question through multiple frontier AI models is not where they agree but where they disagree.
The platform runs competing models from different labs — including GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok — against each other on consequential questions, presenting each model's reasoning side by side. Where the models converge, the user gains confidence. Where they diverge, the user learns exactly which part of the question is genuinely uncertain or contested.
Most people want their AI to give them one confident answer. We think the opposite: the moment the models disagree is the moment you learn something. That disagreement tells you exactly where to focus your own thinking.
— Andrew J. Taylor, founder of Decidi
According to Decidi, single-model reliance creates a false sense of certainty. A confident answer from one model masks the possibility that the question has no clean resolution, or that the model's training data biases the response in a particular direction. Running multiple models exposes these blind spots by design.
The platform also applies a Final QA audit that flags the claims across all model outputs most likely to be hallucinated, returning a prioritised list of assertions the user should independently verify before acting.
Decidi is available free for individual decisions at decidi.ai.
